Darrell Paterson

My venture into Real Estate started in 1998 with my first house purchase, the beginning of a healthy property portfolio. I have a genuine passion for helping people achieve their Real Estate goals. I consciously work with a high level of integrity combined with a “make it happen” approach to all service and client requests.

I began my working career in the New Zealand Army, where I spent 9 years. I have played a lot of sport, in particular rugby and was fortunate enough to play in 7 countries.

Before I became a real estate salesperson, I spent 16 years in the New Zealand Dairy Industry (Fonterra), 10 years in the management and leadership team. Having a military background with excellent systems and discipline, complemented with management and leadership skills, I will add value to your Real Estate transaction.

I am married to Felicity and we have three wonderful children.  Felicity joined me in the real estate industry in February 2017, prior to real estate, Felicity was a secondary school teacher with over 25 years teaching experience, 5 of which at Inglewood High School. We are heavily involved in the East End Surf Club and NPGHS sports.
