Or call me "BC" as I’m known to most. I started selling Rural Real Estate in 2004 after 12 years farming. Since then I have been involved in as well as part of companies that have sold hundreds of Rural Real Estate properties.

Having been raised on a Dairy Farm, share milked and leased a farm, plus my 10 years experience in Rural Real Estate, I understand your farming requirements. This gives Vendors and Purchasers the confidence that they can discuss/ list/ sell/ purchase their options/ properties with me. I see myself as a people person and can communicate with everyone.

In June 2013, Karen and I purchased the Saddle & Sulky Motel. Having enquiries from farmers, calling in or phoning, to get advice about their farming business, this has persuaded me that the time is right to get back into selling Rural Real Estate.

Managing the TSB Realty Rural Team with the desire to become a leader in the Rural market is very exciting times, that can only be good for all rural communities in Taranaki.
